By the numbers

What we do

Miniheist tracks prices on Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar, Kill Team, Necromunda, Blood Bowl, Middle-earth and Warmachine miniatures across multiple retailers. We started with Warhammer 40,000 — the other systems are routed but coming online as we onboard scrapers and retailers. We focus on boxed sets, battleforces, starter sets, single kits, paints and terrain, where price differences between retailers actually matter.

How it works

• Daily scraping. Every retailer in our index is scraped at least once a day. Most prices on Miniheist are less than 24 hours old.
• Real price history. We record a new data point only when a price actually changes, not on every scrape. The highest price we've genuinely seen becomes the implicit RRP, so the discount you see is real — not invented.
• Total-price ranking. Open a product and we rank retailers by what you'll actually pay, so the cheapest in-stock option is always at the top. Ranking is never for sale.
• No fakery. "Was/Now" badges use the real historical maximum we've observed, never a reference price we made up to inflate a discount.

How we make money

Some retailers pay us a small commission when you click through and buy. This never affects a product's ranking, which retailers we include, or the price you pay — the cheapest in-stock total always wins. Retailers without an affiliate program are listed on exactly the same terms. The comparison works for you, not for the shops.
